30-Day Return Policy

At Banguyolo Services, we stand behind the quality of our products. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy for all self-defense products.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • The product is defective or not as described
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at info@banguyolo.co.za with your order reference number and reason for return.

Get Authorization

We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.

Package & Ship

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RA number.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Consumer Protection Act Compliance

Our returns policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa. Under this act, you have the right to:

  • Return defective goods within 6 months of purchase (Section 56)
  • Cancel advance reservations and receive a full refund
  • Receive goods that are of good quality and fit for purpose
  • Return goods that don't match the description or sample

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrong
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective

Shipping Returns

  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Include the Return Authorization (RA) number in the package
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
  • Return address will be provided with your RA number
